Been in the village over 10 years and this surgery has never got good reviews on social media and never changed their management. Wonderful building, great setting - appalling customer care. But why waist money on training when that will effect your profit margins, and all you need to do is the same thing the Met Police have always done - say "Lessons have been learned" without wasting money on training. Reading the reviews, it's seems to be the same managers upsetting people - I guess Dr Shipley avoided dectection for over 300 deaths, so why would anyone in the NHS care about bullying within your ranks ? Here's hoping the NHS goes the same way the Met Police have been forced to go. Managers that bully - are no fun to work for.

Absolute terrible practice. Will be seeking a professional complaint and CCTV footage. No where to park. Came 5min late. Doctor saw me sat there for 1 hour for then to tell me he's cancelled my appointment. Absolute joke. Only took 45 min to get here. Side note reception staff are friendly.

This place has mostly great staff, but due to the severity of our issue here and the fact the Practice Manager has worked so hard to hide this, the only incentive she will have to stop is social media shaming. I get staff are under a lot of stress due to rude and aggressive behaviour from some patients - but my family has always been polite and meek, which has allowed the Practice Manager to bully and manipulate my disabled relative to the point of causing serious anxiety issues. Please improve your safeguarding at this surgery, and ensure your Practice Manager isn't allowed to lose paperwork, miss-inform patients of their legal rights and block access to copies of recorded conversations - that audit trail is there to protect vulnerable people against predatorial behaviour, not to ensure no one ever gets sacked or sued because it keeps going missing ! Or to ensure the Practice Manager keeps up the pretence of never making a mistake - this surgery get's 2.7 vs 4.7 in Croston. Yet most of the staff at Eccleston seem to try their best - but all have to go through the Practice Manager. Still feedback doesn't effect your profit so who cares hey ? Certainly not the practice managers it's been like this for many, many years so why change ?

Lovely surgery with helpful staff - I've never had trouble getting an appointment when I've needed one urgently, and the clinical staff have been through with follow-ups as needed
