        I have used Shires for a long time and continued even after our local branch closed. Unfortunately, they are only interested in money and if your animal is insured they suggest unnecessary tests. They give incorrect information and cannot be trusted, when you do raise an issue dont expect an open and honest response. Totally untrustworthy.
