Told me it would be 2 weeks so I told them no rush, I called in 2 weeks and was told another 2 weeks which was fair enough, called 2 weeks later and told another 2 weeks which I said was fine. Called today after 6 weeks and the phone was answered with f**k off for which I was hands free with my 3 year old boy with me who clearly heard him. I decided to go and get my bits back. When I got there I told them it was disgusting behaviour, the lads in the workshop then had the audacity to then try to justify it like it's ok to say that down the phone to a customer without even asking who it is. Will never deal with again very unprofessional approach and would advise anyone else to stay clear unless you like work back late and get swore at for your trouble. Now having to explain to my 3 year what he said.....thanks for that.
