I cannot rate this firm highly enough. We were having problems with our drains and were told we needed our septic tank emptied despite having it emptied only 3 months ago by a different firm. Andrew was very helpful on the phone and fitted us in as quickly as possible because of the blockage. Andrew's son came and he was absolutely brilliant - I ended up calling him the Sherlock Holmes of the septic tank world! Not only did he empty the septic tank he then set about trying to find where the blockage was eventually laying on the ground and uncovering an inspection chamber under a hedge which nobody knew was there and which was causing the blockage. He had to cut away a small part of the hedge and dig up the cover which was covered in soil and grass. He did all this with a smile and good humour and he was determined to find the blockage. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to what is not always a pleasant job! Very professional and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you. Service: Drain cleaning
