I have just bought a pre owned Red Wolf....im booking it in locally for a service, but in the meantime, I've been trying, in vain, to source a battery connector cable..after a fruitless search on line, I came across Daystates trade branch.. Despite the item being of a small value and me not being a trade customer..Rachel, a director, sent me the two cables I asked for. They arrived within 3 days and the service was exceptional. I have bought and used several Daystate products, 6 in total, all of the electronic variety. Never had any issues other than of my own making with them and had nothing but help, advice and support from the factory before and since their move to Eccleshall. I can't praise the accuracy, reliability, build quality and longevity enough. The factory staff have always been friendly and very helpful throughout. I can't think of anyone I met, or spoke to, who would not go out of their way to assist a customer. Thinking in particular about Dan Adams Head Technician for Alpha Wolf and Delta Wolf! The very best of British without hesitation. John Parker

Wont talk to their customers. I wanted to buy an Air Ranger FAC secondhand but had some technical questions. I rang their number and eventually got through (website opening times are all wrong) only to find they will not talk to the public!!! After all, were only their customers. Advised to ring a dealer, which I did, and who had no idea and couldnt answer my questions, which I thought would be the case. Shiite service so I went and bought an FX instead. Absolutely appalling service
