Had another lovely stay in The Little George last Saturday. Stayed in the Harrison room which is larger than the Clooney but has the same attention to detail, comfortable beds, and high standard of cleanliness. I really appreciate the pottery mugs and the fresh milk which is provided in the room; these touches make you feel so welcome. The Little George simply cannot be beaten. It has a prime location in a beautiful village with plenty of amenities. But it is the ambience and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff which singles it out as THE place to stay in Staffordshire. A big thank you to Andy and Jeff and all the staff who provide a standard of care which a lot of hotels fail to attain. Many thanks, it was great! Nearby activities: Plenty of nice shops and restaurants within walking distance.
