Visited salon for the first time on 15th April 2023 to have my hair coloured by Lola. I was greeted by Jackie, who took me to my seat, provided me with some magazines whilst I waited and made me a drink. The salon was lovely, warm, welcoming and the staff really made the salon, they were absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional. From start to finish I was made to feel completely at ease and pampered. I had my hair coloured by Chloe and Lola, and then asked if it would be possible to have a spur of the moment hair cut by Andrew, the entire team couldnt have done enough for me. It was made even more spectacular, as Id been going through a difficult time, and had missed my morning appointment, which I was so disappointed by, but they managed to work together to ensure I was seen and taken good care of. The salon is the best I have ever had the pleasure of having my hair done in. Thank you so much to the staff for making my experience so incredible. WOW WOW WOW absolutely over the moon with my hair colouring by Chloe thank you so very much,my hair looks truly amazing! Chloe may be a trainee but her professionalism is second to none and she is a true asset to the Francesco group at Eccleshall I must say also all the staff are so very lovely too,and must say also thank you to Jon for always cutting my hair so wonderfully!
