Alan responded back very quickly. I had previously phoned around but some surveyors did not do the level 3 and those that did could not visit the property for weeks. Alan fitted us in and issued a thorough detailed report. He also gave us good advice over the phone. Very pleased with the service. The survey has given us peace of mind as I feel Alan has not missed anything.

Alan was very helpful, and provided a thorough report equivalent to RICS level 3 at a competitive price. Following the survey, we requested a verbal update whilst awaiting the report, and Alan happily obliged, which gave us the necessary assurances required for us to proceed. The report was turned around and received within a week.

Alan was recommended by a family member who he had completed a survey for. I called him and he was quick to respond to our request for a survey. The survey was very thorough and any issues that were raised he was able to give us advice on. He has an been a pleasure to deal with, he has answered all of our questions. We are first time buyers and have found Alan very approachable. Alan has also recently completed another survey on a property that is being purchased by another family member. They are very happy with him. I would use Alan again and would recommend him to anyone requiring a surveyor.
