If you are looking for a leased car, it would be pointless ordering a car from these guys! Placed an order for a stock car on the 17th of May and I was advised a turn around time of 2 weeks as apparently it was just an admin change of ownership. It has been over 6 weeks now and still no sign of a car, they keep stringing me along on a weekly basis without any follows up. Keep pointing fingers at Mercedes which is starting to feel like an absolute baloney! A simple name change cannot take 6 weeks, we are in 2022! If this was not bad enough, I have been chasing them for an update and the sales person Craig promised me with an update 3 days back. No communication at all so far, just like the past 6 weeks. Needless to say, an extremely frustrating experience and I would caution you on engaging with them to secure a car. Updated in response to the reply below - First of all thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I do look forward to hearing from you further. However, I think you need to recognise its about securing an order based on expectations being set. I was told a worst case scenario of 2 weeks. I wouldnt lease a car to the customer if I cannot control the deliverables as it forms a fundamental part of that arrangement. Secondly, this whole notion that I should be indebted to you because I am not having to wait 6-8 months for a new car, is quite frankly rather patronising! A customer goes for a lease option for a stock car based on the idea that he/she would get it delivered in more or less the timeframe advised. 6 weeks later no sign of a car and being defensive on new car delivery timescales, quite frankly clutching on straws!
