        My aunt uses catheters to self catheterise so she can empty her bladder. B. Braun is always late to deliver her order. At one point she had to be rushed into hospital with serious Kidney infections and temperature of 39 degrees due to late delivery of catheters. She was left with a few catheters which she had to use repeatedly, yet they should be used once only. The company needs to be on top of repeat prescription and have allocated members of staff to deal with individual repeat orders or have a system in place where they call and find out if client has more catheters especially if they know that delivery will be delayed. Lack of catheters to empty the bladder on time and the Kidney Infections could cost someone's live. It's awful to be calling B Braun every month to chase orders.
