An amazing training provider whom has so much enthusiasm, dedication, and experience to share with apprentices of all career backgrounds! It's never too late to learn something new, and I'm glad I did it with Ray and team!! Thank you for everything Ray!!

Learning with Whyy? Change is unlike anywhere else. The friendly and supportive environment makes the learning experience very enjoyable. The Team at Whyy? Change have a wide range of knowledge and skill and ensure that there is an inclusive and open teaching format so the students feel that they can actively participate in the process. All students are encouraged to discuss and debate the topics under discussion and there are plenty of opportunities for practical application of the learnings. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience to work with the Team at Whyy? Change when completing my apprenticeship - I would recommend it to anyone.

I studied for a Safety, Health and Environment Technician course with Whyy? Change and I have truly been spoilt when it comes to the level of the course and the training provided. Every person at Whyy? Change has been amazing, with help for any question, query or support I needed at the time. The company truly has an attitude of "Students First" and anything else after that, which makes each learner feel valued and supported throughout. I will definitely look to getting another Apprenticeship carried out with Whyy? Change as I know I will be in safe hands.

I completed the principles of leadership and management course with Whyy Change. Overall it was a very valuable experience, Ray and his team were very enthusiastic and knowledgable throughout. Whyy? Change was one of the best experiences of my early career! I sat my Level 3 HR apprenticeship here, and my tutor Laura was absolutely incredible. The lessons are face to face, so you really have the opportunity to learn from both your tutor and your peers. The support provided by not only your tutor but the entire admin and ownership team is amazing. I felt so welcome every time I visited. For the HR course specifically, we took day trips out to CIPD events, and visited other companies implementing fresh HR ideas. Whyy have a strong connection with the CIPD South Yorkshire community. If you are looking to undergo an apprenticeship yourself, or are looking to put a team member through an apprenticeship, I would recommend Whyy ten times over. Great place - great people!
