One day current practices of industrial farming of chickens will be regarded as nothing better than Hitler's Concentration Camps but for Chickens instead of Humans . The sheds are full of birds to overflowing such that they often die or are disabled by the sheer weight of numbers. And all herded together with little light and with maximum noise of their distress. UK are not animal lovers when we allow this. Those who keep Rescue Hens know how poorly the hens are when they are released from such awful farming methods which this charity addresses to its great credit. Nothing will change whilst such farming methods remain the most profitable. Support this charity and ones like it that are lovingly recycling these poor hens from such an awful start in life by finding ways to stop this unnecessary abuse of chickens .. for a cheap piece of meat or eggs
