Receptionist very rude Asked if I could speak to a nurse , with z quick question and got a cert BLUNT NO!!! IM a customer there with all my cats, at the moment I'm on benefits due to illness , my cat is really poorly and needs urgent treatment, sohad to go the PDSA, so I Sure this is why she was so rude So I won't be using them again when I'm able to pay their prices ,
