        The staff are very helpful and polite. There is a large display of bus timetables as well as information about the trams.

        It is so bad I want to give you a zero but that is not possible so I give you a 1. The customer service is terrible. I walk and in the woman doesnt say a word, she doesnt smile or anything she just stares at you. She had grey hair and glasses. I asked her to unblock something for me and she said I can but Im not going to and when asked why she tells me not to have an attitude her and she doesnt have to do things just because I asked her to. After trying to talk to her for a while she completely stops answering me and ignores me. I dont recommend going to this travel shop. Even if the rest of her team are great she has really let the shop down and everyone who works there too.
