Can i give zero stars for the rather dim and unhelpful person on the phone?

Ordered from 'Minicabs', got a driver and feedback request text from 'Mainline'. Taxi cab was smelly and poorly maintained. I had given the destination address- including postcode to both the phone operator and taxi driver and yet the taxi driver went completely the wrong way despite having his SatNav on. He had to turn off the main road that was a straight line route to my destination to achieve this feat and he took the long way round to getting us back on track. He made me feel as if I should be greatful for not being charged more as he knocked off some chump change to 'apologise' - despite the fact that the fare was still an astonishing 5 more my usual cost (hitting me for approx 30% extra like another reviewer had been). He made me late for an important meeting at work and I had to take a zoom call qith my managet whilst in the back. At least he said "Have a nice day" after he ruined it.
