        Prebooked a Manchester airport taxi. After being 15 minutes late we called to check if they were on their way and the phone just rang through. They were going to charge 55 and luckily and Uber saved us and only charged 33. We never heard from them so assume they just never showed up. We did have a confirmation text from the original booking as well to ensure we had booked the right time.

        Amazing drivers especially Simon. Weve never been to Manchester and not knowing the area they were fab. Will be using again if we return to Manchester!

        Taxi arrived in a good time, I like that you can pay cash or card and there's an app.

        Appalling service! Booked a taxi in advance to the train station, no one showed up and the office was closed so I had no communication. The driver rang me 35mins later to apologies. Not good enough! If a taxi company isnt reliable then you shouldnt be a taxi company! Horrendous service. Do not use.
