Hot Bite

After getting the order wrong we opened our meals to find dead fried flies we called them bk and they said they would bring my money back. After waiting hours I called back and he said ring bk in 1 hour the managers I'll (probably eaten his own food by accident) and before I could say anything they put the phone down on me so I rang bk and when they found out it was me they hung up again. Please don't order from this place they've just been fined 3000 for being dirty which I've just found out.

Was very disappointed with the delivery time, if you are going to be late, you have my number, you should let us know, not wait until we have to ring you multiple times before you get your act together, I've ordered from you lot before but I'm never ordering from here again

It was the worst food ever. I dipped my chip in the gravy and because it was so oily it literally slipped off my chip. The chicken was grey and the food was cold. Strongly advise not to go here. That food is only acceptable for dogs. If I could put a picture on here to show you how to disgusting it was I would.
