This boiler was passed as safe. This was after a gas test had been done and the day after it, a major gas leak was found. I waited in today for them to come and fix the boiler for my daughter and was told they would ring me fifteen minutes before arrival so I could be there. They never rang and said I wasn't in. This company needs investigating, and I am going to do my best to make sure they are. Forhousing should be ashamed of themselves using this company and allowing them to put tenants lives at risk.

Arrived to do annual service check. Not happy that the engineer asked to use my toilet whilst informing me he only wanted a wee ! Why would anyone ask to use a strangers toilet? He removed several items from their place in the kitchen but didnt bother to put them back. Put a box which had contained a carbon monoxide alarm in my bin but no alarm left. Asked to sign a blank screen what have I signed for ? Couldnt be bothered to close the gate behind him. Just seen a new carbon monoxide alarm which he has stuck high up on the wall. Never asked if it was ok to do this and totally unnecessary as I already have one

Absolutely disgusting service, waiting nearly 4 weeks for a part. No contact from the company I had to chase it up. Then they said that the part was waiting to be delivered but I have to be without heating and hot water. My husband is post operation having had a life changing cancer operation. Never had problems with the previous company SURE HEATING.

Extremely slow council need to go back to thr old company. If your vulnerable they would be out the same day . Rude staff left no heating for over a week disabled given a small electric heater so was my neighbour and another neighbour who had the exact same problem shocking . Obviously wigan council thought about how cheep they could get a company yet not look at the reviews from the past . Even private complaints are the same well done thanks for a huge electricity bill and bad service
