Avoid this Construction Company at all costs. The were formally know as Excell Construction and willingly went into administration owing sub contractors 800,000. Even when the two directors knew they couldnt pay they still had the sub contractors working for them with the promise of getting paid. Their excuse for not paying was that they hadnt been paid by a leading supermarket chain for refurbishment works when in fact they had been paid. Excell go bust and the week after the two directors are trading again as Cardon Property and Construction. If your a sub contractor and get approached to work for them then avoid at all costs. If your a client looking to hire them avoid at all costs. The corners they cut are unbelievable and all to save money.
