There some times a time in life when you need help and support from charities and other organisations. I would like to thank all the efforts of the staff for helping me by giving a 150 voucher to purchase anything I needed for my new flat and also the food bank is really helpful! Also the collection for items is easy and fast! It's nice to give back so thank you for collecting the sofa for other people to make use of. Thank you!

Waited for weeks for Mustard Tree to come and collect some items for donation only for noses to be turned up at perfectly good items. Really annoying as I had spent hours emptying cupboards and taking apart a bed. Also heaven forbid if you're not waiting with baited breath by your front door for them to arrive because they'll virtually put your door through if you dare not to come to the door within 10 seconds.
