I am not pleased with customer service... When I asked about customised cards, I was told to go other bank... Shame! The customer service is below expectations...

Great staff, really pleasantly surprised by their excellent service as Im not used to this in other branches or with other banks. Staff really go above and beyond to understand what you need and best help you, it doesnt feel like they just trying to get you in and out. All this during a pandemic too when I appreciate the staff are probably already under a lot of stress.
