        Ordered a monitor which I then realised was priced the same as a brand new one. Expected as good as new condition. Turned up in 2 battered boxes - one had been punctured, very used condition. Requested a refund (had to be collected due to size) which cost me 30! Had to chase to even get that sorted

        These guys are really good had a problem with charging on my Mac spent time fixing it while I was there cannot recommend them enough .

        Excellent Customer Service - Ordered a Chromebook almost a year ago, had issue with cursor. Hardware Associates arranged collection, repaired and returned in less than a week. Would recommend these guys to anyone
