Nidderdale Glamping

I stayed on 25/4/22. Very poor cleanliness and lack of professionalism. The place had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests (hairs and marks on bed, remains in toilet, etc) and the owner was unwilling to take responsibility and was patronising. Beautiful location. No signpost or any idea of which hut was ours. Road on the way to the huts will destroy your suspension! Bedding was not clean unfortunately, only realised this the next day when I inspected further as I was bitten during the night. there were hairs and marks on the sheets. The bed was made nicely when we arrived so can only assume the bedding was re used from the last guests which is shocking. Bottom of the bed is caked in dust and my socks were filthy from the floor. No I have not contacted the owner because frankly it was 60 pound and I should have known better. The owner would be better placed to protect the mattress and ask guests to bring a sleeping bag or similar if they aren't going to wash the bedding.

WOWEEE !...are these cutey lovely !!! Stayed here on the way to somewhere and I don't think I've ever seen such a sweet little dwelling like this ever in my life...just like a little Tardis....!! They are luxury shepherd hutting I assure you !! Massive inside with a luxury bathroom and a massive comfy king size bed and everything you could need. Heating radiators in the form of a picture on the wall....How about that for a great invention..a picture that doubles up as a radiator ...!!...plus very efficient too...so winter is still ideal to come if you wished . There's three of these sweet cutely lovely very unusual shepherd huts ...and allvery well made with quality fittings ...and utensils . If you want to dissappear I tell you this is the place ...although the ducks may pay you a visit ...but are no trouble they just look at you as if you are just like them and also part of the utterly blissful peaceful natural surroundings here.. You know that saying ...stop the world I want to get off for a wee while ....well here's your place... It's quite simply devine !
