We used Michael from redline to do our flat roof, guttering and facias. The only thing that I can see they did right was the facias. The guttering over flows as it was basically thrown up. Not adjusted so the water runs away. We are now having to pay another company to fix his mistakes as he cant honour the 10 year warranty promised as family issues. Even though he has 3,000 of our hard earned money. The flat roof pools for weeks. We were advised by Michael that flat roofs are designed to pool. This is rubbish there is so much water pooling on the roof it takes weeks to dry. Like I said I have contacted them to get them to address the issues but refuse to get the job sorted. Its been nearly a year and I think most would agree that is more than enough time hence the shocking review. Stay away from redline. Con artists and complete rough traders.
