        Food & drinks: Room service was only off the bar menu and surprisingly they dont deliver breakfast to the room - never heard of that in a really top hotel. Food was therefore from a restricted menu rather than the restaurant menu. Burger from the bar menu was not as described - it was served with cheese and without bacon. When it was returned for one without cheese (I cant eat cheese) I was billed for the returned burger as well. We had ordered some extra sides which were not delivered but we were not charged.
