They have gone into voluntary liquidation! So not trading anymore. Shame as they looked really good. Hoping to get my money back as I paid by credit card. It must have been very difficult for a company with such a good reputation to close. My sympathy both for them and those that paid that did not have the opportunity to use their services. Hope those that paid get their money back.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked through Virgin Experience Days. Paid 70 for a voucher for a friends birthday. 2 weeks before the experience was meant to take place I received an email from truegrip off roading informing me the company had gone into liquidation. I have since called and emailed numerous times to get a refund all with no luck. I have gone back to the voucher provider and still no luck. Completely ruined a birthday surprise and have taken my money!!! Would never ever recommend this company. An absolute shambles.

Great time. Our second visit this time not just the 4x4 but 2hour Quad session also. Wife is still grinning from to Highly recommend. Thanks to Paul our instructor for the day. Thanks to the whole team. Easy to book with and very accommodating. Planning out next trip soon

BEWARE for anyone who chooses this venue for an experience - they have closed down and filed for insolvency. I used a buyagift voucher, turned up, office all dark and locked up, and a neighbouring business person kindly came out and gave me the news.
