Beverlie Stratton
Helly and Sanjay are brilliant. I had a complete meltdown at Christmas when my parcels hadn't been collected (didn't realise Parcelforce were part of the strikes) I was tired and ill and burst into tears and Helly was so lovely. Their customer service is excellent, they remember everyone and ask after family members and are always cheerf and helpful.

Helly and Sanjay are brilliant.
