        Reflexology with Sarah is truly amazing. Ive never felt so relaxed. She has the wonderful balance of having a lovely friendly and relaxed approach but completely professional and knowledgeable of her stuff! You know youre in safe hands literally. Id never had reflexology before Sarah, but would now heartily recommend it to anybody. It is such a treat and has really worked wonders for my wellbeing.

        I had a session with Sarah to help with a shoulder pain I suspect related to stress. The session made a huge difference to my recovery and was extremely relaxing and pleasant. Im going to re-visit when Im back in the area.
