Went in on the off chance, as I was in positive equity on my current car and was looking at a Jogger. I was greeted by Matt who looked after me and I ended up getting the car I wanted. He was such a pleasant guy, we had a conversation about lorries and I only found out he was a work colleagues son from our Stena Line days, small world. That aside I found Matt to be helpful and went out of his way to cater to my needs, he has been quick to answer emails and has sent me emails communicating the progress of my order.

This has been my fourth car bought through PCP and the first through Hendy. Although Ive always been delighted with the service from the Nissan garage in Southampton, Ive been quite disappointed with the lack of communication from the sales team at Hendy. Most of the communication has been instigated by myself and I have had to wait sometimes days for any response with regard to any of my enquiries. I have paid for a Towbar and a different centre arm rest which I was told couldnt be fitted due to a backlog which Is something that is completely out of the hands of the sales team at Hendy, and therefore I totally understand. My issue is, I was instructed it could take up to two weeks for the parts to be ordered in and then they would be fitted at my convenience. The two weeks are here and if I hadnt been in touch with the sales team, Im almost sure I wouldnt have had an update on where we are at the moment. Im still waiting for a refund of 250 I paid as a deposit with no answer as to why I havent yet received it. I like the car but Im not impressed with anything else.

When I first walked into Dacia, I was met by Matt who was extremely helpful in finding me the right car. He explained everything to me in a clear and precise manner with plenty of knowledge of the car I'm purchasing. He was friendly and I left feeling I have made the right choice of car.
