I took my car in for a diagnostic check, paid 180, and was told of the issue. I paid another 800 to fix the issue. Within 2 minutes of driving home the engine light came back on. Issue not really fixed. I phoned twice but no one able to talk to me, so I left a phone message. No-one has responded so far.

Seriously don't bother we've just been waiting for an hour for our test Drive that didn't happen because we ran out of patience. What a wasted trip from Bournemouth to sit in a showroom without so much of an apology just pure ignorance
