        Gave a good review 3 years ago but having had conservatory roof done by them and had them back numerus times to fix a problem with it they never get back to you for ages and i think now we would certainly not reccomend them

        We've received appalling after-sales service from this company. Since March 2022 we've been trying to get failed double-glazed sealed units replaced. They are non-responsive, especially Eric Vokes, and will not honour the 10-year FENSA guarantee that they provided. I do not recommend them.

        We had new windows and French Doors fitted by Live in Design a few weeks ago and I am over the moon with them. They have really enhanced each room and the French Doors look lovely. I'd definitely recommend them.

        Had a conservatory fitted what can I say amazing from start to finish. Fantastic service the quality is second to none. Everything was top quality and the finished job was amazing just what we had asked for every little detail 100% recommended and will be back if I need any other bits doing they do windows doors etc too . Thank you for amazing work you and your friendly team have done.
