        Charmian has helped me move our accounts from an old desktop system over to Quickbooks online. It was great to have the migration done by someone who knows the process back to front and it was all done in a couple of hours. She then gave me a load of training and is always there for me when I come back with further questions. We've got a shared way of working where I do the easy stuff and leave the difficult bits to Charmian and her team. It's just perfect from my point of view.
