We had a great experience buying from Ideal Shutters. There are a lot of companies out there and of course the well known major in the market but we wanted to support a local, family run business. It seems to have paid off, from first enquiry, through the measuring and quotation, to installation they have been great. The quality of the blinds is excellent and the installation is very neat. The installer spent a little over a day with us, installing them, nothing was rush and everything installed to perfection. I could not recommend Ideal Shutters any more highly.

We had split shutters fitted on our front sash windows.. we couldn't be happier with the results. It has transformed the rooms. The service from the team was great with good communication and updates throughout. Highly recommend!

Very friendly either on the phone or in person. Very efficient and helpful when surveying and choosing the shutters. Good comms throughout the process and arrived bang on time on installation day. Fitted three shutters including a bay window. Tidied up and left after giving full instructions. Would highly recommend.
