The extremely polite sales lady with the shortish blonde coloured hair...you deserve 5 The same can not be said for the pharmacist. I explained what I thought would be of help to me and clearly stated why!? I appreciate the 'duty of care' that is required when in a position such as a pharmacist, however this turned into an interrogation?! I am of sound mind to make decisions about my own health requirements and rather than persisting with her line of questioning, I gave up! All that she succeeded in achieving was to make my already long 'trying' day even harder and an inconvenience as well as losing my custom too...!

Used for years without much issue until recently. My surgery cancelled my prescription without warning for the fourth time and was uncontactable by phone in this instance so I went in to get an emergency prescription. It says quite clearly on Boots' website that they can do this, and considering my medication isn't particularly dangerous and I've collected it every month for years from this pharmacy, it shouldn't have been a problem. The man at the counter, who I'd never seen in there before, was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me to contact my GP and not letting me explain my situation. If this man is the pharmacist now then God help his clients! Now, my prescription has been cancelled for the fifth time without warning. My doctor has no idea why this is happening and both surgery and pharmacy are pointing fingers at each other. Not particularly helpful when I'm in the middle and suffering due to their incompetence! The fact that this has happened five times now and the pharmacy hasn't bothered to chase it up at all, never mind their horrible new employee, means I shall be going elsewhere for my medication.
