DO NOT USE They don't care about your belongings. Things got lost and damage to property we moved out from. Disappointed in response to complaints. They will want you to pay all up front.. now I know why!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do when our move went wrong (nothing to do with them), they did everything they could to help us and showed great compassion for our circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble! I will definitely use them next time I need the service, would have given 10 stars if I could. Faultless.

Recently used this company to move house. They were very pleasant to deal with and worked extremely hard on the day of the move. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Kestrel removals yet again were fantastic from start to finish. Turned up early on the day & Ben was just superb, could not do enough to assist with our move & made what should have been a stressful day run like clockwork! This is the second time we have used Kestrel and I can highly recommend these guys, they are just the best! Amazing effort, time keeping and incredible value for money! ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** The operatives were rude and careless. They deliberately refused to follow instructions, stacking boxes of records which were clearly labelled 'DO NOT STACK'. They stacked them four high. On removal day, they made a stressful day much much worse - commenting on how much stuff I had; refusing to take framed pictures in the truck; dropping litter on the drive at the new address and criticising the arrangement I had made to keep my cat secure during the move. They took my money from my credit card without sending me a bill, without letting me know the amount and without sending me a receipt. When I complained and asked for compensation for the poor procedures and the careless work, the manager said, "I'm certainly not going to do that!"
