I was extremely nervous about using DOCHQ to get a proctored covid test which we needed before boarding a ship. I found setting up the appointment (and changing it) quite easy. The day of the test, I received a reminder e-mail giving me a link to click 5 minutes prior to our test time. A message on the screen asked us to make sure the camera and mic were available. I thought they were but my hubby and I are old and didnt realize that we had to go into settings on my Apple Pro and turn the camera and mic on for the Chrome browser. When time had passed and we didnt get connected, I called and they were very helpful and got our testing done even though our appointment time had passed. I highly recommend them (and making sure you have turned on your camera and mic!) Great service and great price!

Ive booked DOCHQ for Fit to fly video consultation. As going for cruise trip. Absolutely professional service. Since weve booked consultation for 3 of us for testing for Covid LFT, theyve been in contact with me trough emails and txt messages. Good user experience and importantly, in the high pressure 24hours before flying, phone support easily available in case of any issues. One improvement to user experience would be ability to check suitable appointment time is available before being obliged to pay for service.
