I popped into David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh at lunchtime today to get my gold necklace repaired and asked a member of staff if she could help me. I showed her my necklace and she said that it hadn't snapped so she took it and then came back in a couple of minutes with it fixed and she told me that was free of charge but if I wanted it soldered that would be 15 so I decided to have it soldered anyway. While I was waiting in store we had a chat and she said that she was from their Andover branch and she was covering for someone. I didn't get her name but she was a beautiful blonde pregnant Polish girl and she was so helpful towards me. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend David Mellor Jewellers in Eastleigh, from another satisfied customer.

The staff were amazing and helped my daughter fix her necklace without a charge. Absolute fantastic service

Excellent customer service. Took a very sentimental necklace in to be fixed as the clasp had broken. It was fixed there and then. One very happy customer , thank you :-)

Took a broken necklace in on the weekend to see if it could be fixed. The lovely lady at the counter had a good look and was able to mend it there and then! Excellent service and lovely staff.
