Since our first review, we have to say that Campbell Coutts have since been absolutely great with service and support. It has not been possible to update our old review but we hope customers will take our latest review into account and the equipment does an admirable job.

We approached this company with a genuine enquiry for a flock machine, we had several potentially large and regular applications and sought their advice. The MD agreed to conduct some tests with our samples, so we posted these samples to the company. 2 weeks go by, so we phone and speak to the MD he has done absolutely nothing. We ask him again and state we cannot buy equipment unless we know it works on the substrates we provided - again assurances were made that the samples would be flocked. Now another week passed so we emailed expressing our disappointment that not even the courtesy to say they couldnt or would not test them. We asked for the return of our samples not even the decency to respond. Find another supplier if you can what lousy customer service .
