2 months, with no hot water. They are useless. Not very helpful or accommodating.... But, when you've no choice. They can afford to be.

It is concerning to see your large LWB Transit van again parked so poorly on a corner, posing a danger to older people in our close. Not only is this type of behavior irresponsible, but it also endangers the lives of others, especially those who may have difficulty navigating around the obstacle. You cannot see when leaving the close to pull out safely, the van totally obstructs your view. It is the responsibility your driver to ensure that your vehicles are parked in a safe and responsible manner. Parking on a corner where visibility is limited is never a good idea and can lead to accidents and injuries. By parking in this way it puts other drivers at risk, the driver of this van is not only breaking the law but also showing a lack of concern for the safety and well-being of others. In conclusion, it is imperative that the driver of the van takes responsibility for their actions and parks your vehicle in a safer location. By doing so, they can help to ensure the safety of everyone who shares the road and the surrounding area.

Been left without hot water and heating, every time I ring up after being on hold for sometimes nearly an hour they say ' the engineer is 30 mins away ' or ' the engineer isn't answering the phone'. this mysterious engineer is yet to turn up. Absolute sham of a housing association, they are so poorly organised and poorly run. They put people in dangerous situations and couldn't care less if they tried. These private housing associations like Abri are profits over people. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Repairs take forever to fix. As I am disabled with multiple issues I find it difficult to walk. Where I live there is limited parking. I have been here 18 years and things have changed over the years. When I first moved in I was relatively fit and was allocated a parking space away from the main door. When managers were done away with it was fixed that spaces closer to the main door were residents only. This worked quite well for a few years. My health declined over the years unfortunately. Recently it was decided by, the directors?, that anyone can park anywhere. This includes visitors, workmen and trades people. There are not enough spaces for residents as it is. We have had several new people move in over the last two years or so and they all have cars. My car is essential to me, as I have said I cannot walk very far. I am now 76, and also suffer with anxiety. When I go out anywhere I am constantly worried that I will not have a parking space when I return. I visit my daughter and family on a Sunday afternoon and always have to leave early to be able to get a space. I dont expect to be around for a long time now, being realistic, but it would be nice to be able to feel relaxed and not be caused worry, pain and suffering in my last years because of the parking situation.
