DO NOT USE THIS SALON! I know it may seem worth visiting this salon due to the price but it is not worth it and will cost you so much more in the long run! I went in with a 300 weave fit and asked just for some volume to be cut in as I was passing by and also wanted some bangs. The lady called Lee absolutely ruined my hair and has now meant I had to have over 4 inches cut off, the way in which she cut the layers in I have never seen before and the salon I visited after could not believe it. Even the Second Lady that tried to fix it still did not cut it to the correct standard needed and I have had to get further help from another salon. The customer service provided was absolutely disgusting! Please take my advice and go elsewhere as I really regret it. They also could not offer me a refund in store so I am going through legal procedures to try and get my hair extension money reimbursed as head office will completely ignore you!
