        Very welcoming very supportive. The staff know and speak to you by your name everytime you go in they support and encourage you every single time. Nothing is too much trouble but if you want to just get on with your workout that is fine too.

        Lovely ladies only gym. Warm friendly welcome by all the amazing staff. Great for toning and weight loss. Also does wonders for your mental health. Love this place

        I was sceptical at first after having been a member at a big, busy gym but I can honestly say after going to Curves for a month or so now it is so much better. A full body work out in 30 minutes - resistance equipment mixed with cardio exercises. Weighed and measured every month - there's my motivation . Michelle, Rosemary and Chris are all fab. Friendly, encouraging and supportive. ( and slightly mad and very funny at times) I dont regret leaving the other gym at all - wish I'd joined this one sooner.
