St Andrews Surgery

Just went to drop something off for a patient and greeted by an obscenely rude receptionist, short brown hair mid 50's a lady also spoke to her holding her toddler and her words were after informing her about an appointment "right well just sit down and you'll be called up" seems like nothing but she was very condescending very bitter and angry she then stormed off to the room behind reception and opened the door fiercely. Finally someone comes out to take my doctor's note on behalf of a 62 yr old female patent, was courteous and treated me in a way to suggest "don't worry we all know she's a bit of a cow". What's worse myself and other patients in waiting can see her slagging us off and being annoyed about our presence in waiting. If you don't like your job go elsewhere love no one is forcing you, we don't owe you a kidney, I get it you self loathe don't make it our problem wench. Honestly wow level of nasty

I have had consistently excellent experiences with St Andrews since joining the surgery last year. I have always been worried about booking appointments with the doctor, particularly as I have had poor experiences with previous surgeries. This was mostly due to lack of communication and inability to get through via phone. At St Andrews, I have received great communication (via phone and texts) and have always been greeted by friendly, welcoming and kind staff. I have felt reassured during appointments and have been very impressed by the service provided. Thank you!

Dr Taylor, my GP, lists his job on LinkedIn as a property investor. That pretty much sums up the standard of care you can expect. Also owing to the fact he couldnt diagnose his way out of a paper bag.
