        WHSmith has got expensive. Its got a post office in it so its range is restricted now as well. Theres little space for what they used to sell. Really dont see how the post office generates them more money than the retail space theyve swapped. There are plenty of empty units in the mall.

        White hair lady is so rude it's unbelievable. 0 credible customer service. Extremely dismissive when asked questions and in general providing an unwelcoming feel. I felt rushed off and unwanted in this store.

        Went to the post office today to send 2 letters in a small A5 envelope and was shocked at how rude the woman was that served me at the post office working on the travel and business counter. She then proceeded to over charge me because my letter was decorated even though it fit perfectly through the slot. If you have another post office near you AVOID avoid avoid!

        Swan Centre very quiet due to lockdown, but was surprised WHS open - this was due to this branch having a post office. Not many Fathers Day cards though, but staff pleasant & helpful.
