I saw Dr Sophia Bramwell-Kenchington today; my first trip to a chiropractor so felt a little nervous about it. From the moment I walked in she made me feel at ease. We talked through medical bits, the problems I was experiencing and then she started working the sore areas as much as she was able to at this particular moment in time. The whole time, I was told what was going to happen, why certain parts were being worked, what oils / lotions were being applied and continually asked if I was "okay" when she was working a particularly painful part. Added bonus, Sophia also reminded me to breathe on a few occasions when things were getting little intense on the painful parts. Conversation was free-flowing and I found her a pleasure to talk with and knowledgable with what she was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if all staff are like Sophia and I "look forward" to going back after a few personal issues are dealt with so she can get a good crack out of my neck. Highly recommended.
