I can only agree with Sandys comments. These girls could not be more caring, they always listen to the client and do their utmost to ensure the client is happy with the results. They are extremely conscientious and take great pride in their work. After visiting top salons I can thoroughly recommend these girls. I have been going to this salon for the last few years for my cuts, colour and hair up. Thank you girls.

I'm very disappointed with my visit to envy, I had my hair dip dyed and was excited to have light blonde ends which the hair dresser Said she would achieve. When my hair turned gold and ginger I was devastated and when I was told to come back to the salon the manager told me I'm not having a refund, when I never had intentions of wanting a refund, and she told me she would call me back to come in and correct my hair which she never phoned me back, or had the intention of fixing my hair. They are not professional, and I never got an apology.

Let's start with hair - I've been going to this salon under the management of Envy for nearly a year now It was a big decision not to move with my previous hairdresser but thought I'd give Envy a go as it's more convenient for me. April has been cutting and colouring my hair from day one and I've always been happy with what she does. To be honest I usually just leave the choices to her as she has such good ideas. Beauty - well what can I say? I've been having beauty treatments done by Hayley for 12 years Wherever she goes, I go, but she's been at this salon for years now and has brought in more treatments as she's progressed. She amazes me sometimes with the care and precision she puts into some of her treatments, she really is a perfectionist. Overall, Envy Hair and Beauty is a lovely salon. It's clean and tidy, the staff are lovely, warm and friendly without being over the top. You really feel pampered whether you're having a hair or beauty treatment. Don't let the area put you off. Parking is good, price is good, staff are the best.
