Very disappointing experience. The communication has been poor from management. I was very disappointed to be patronised, refused a clear answer, to be refused to be spoken to, for a very quick explanation, unless I went into a room on my own with the male manager (I have suffered abuse so did not feel safe to do so) and be kept waiting by the manager for half an hour, because in his words I have other things to do than speak to you. My son has autism and I was expecting to be back in time to take him to work. I wasnt because of being kept waiting, and this could have serious consequences for an autistic person. The reason I wanted to speak to him was because he rejected my deed poll with no explanation and I wanted to know what I needed to provide the bank with as the customer assistant didnt know. The crowning glory was after I refused to go on my own in a room with him, he started to walk away and caught a middle aged, male customers eye smiled broadly, shrugged and both started to laugh at me. Both enjoying my upset. The customer assistant in HSBC was able to explain the problem quickly and politely. Im going to be moving banks as they treat abused women with respect and support.

There is sometimes a queue but that's not their fault and they have very good systems to keep things moving. They are quick to help and once they know what needs doing they are quick with it. Staff are friendly and helpful and show that they are very good at what they do.

Should have late afternoon opening at least twice a week and should be open Saturday for working people. Unable to put large cheques in through banking app. Lloyds not thinking of working people. Should do better with their decision to help working people in current circumstances.
