        When in today to transfer our isas because they offer a better rate, stood right by the counter where an employee could see us and was completely ignored for about 4 minutes. So walked away. Absolutely appalling.

        closed before 3pm when I came in today, and neither of the ATMs outside could read a cheque. Woman who worked there said she'd "take a look at the ATM" and then locked the doors and never came back. Waste of time and parking.

        This quaint branch is in Shaftesbury.Like a Hobbit bank.. the the cash machine in the wall is about a foot of the sidewalk, best little bank ever.

        Very rude cashier, unhelpful and arrogant; needs a course in customer service basics, obviously not received one, couldnt even manage a good Morning, let alone successfully deal with my banking. Awful attitude
