i purchased i nice car id been looking for having owned this type before , discounted took on the day with very liitle mot on it , was fine unfortunately having the car for less than a month the battery failed . checking the warranty , i noted battery wasnt covered . but thought i would just call to see if any help was possible . having met with a pretty negative response . telling me to sort it myself because of the distance i was away . .told to use free AA mebership . which actually doesnt cover home breakdown . so emergency too myself had to get it sorted at a price . then speaking to he said the proprieter , was not helpful i couid tell was not prepared to even contribute any goodwill costs had then reply from owner who basically was the same . i would say i think it was ROB who sold me the car and actually phoned me to check on the problem was very nice . and the chap on test drive was good . personally think owner etc need to be trained by sales chap , instead of blunt no can do fob off the owner couldnt even be bothered to reply to my last email not sure i could recommend Hilltop

Did a trade in on my car for one here. Friendly bloke who runs the place. The car itself has been relatively trouble free other than a couple of small issues I fixed myself. I'll note that they did offer to take a look at the problem I had but I declined as the fuel cost to get there would outweigh the cost to fix such a small issue. Overall really happy with the car. Only thing lacking is the aftersales support. I do my own servicing so I need to know what service items have been done and when, so I can track intervals. The car had practically no service history other than 2 services done in the garages possession. I was told the invoices for the 2 services carried out in their ownership would be sent to me a week or 2 after the sale. It has now been 4 months since the sale was done and I've only been sent 1 invoice. All email correspondence has been ignored.
