AJ Estate Agents of Gloucestershire

Recently visited a property and viewing was excellent with an informed and helpful rep on site. Unfortunately this is where the good performance ended. Progressed through to placing an offer before being told by AJ Estate Agents that I wasnt eligible to purchase the property because of my Marital Status. This should have been in the advert from the beginning, to make it clear that only married couples were allowed to buy the house. When requested to explain the issue, the written response from AJ Estate Agents didnt match the telephone conversation, suggesting a degree of reluctance to formally acknowledge the issue at hand.

AJ and the team at AJ Estate Agents were exceptional from start to finish. Everything was made clear and simple for us so that we knew exactly what was going on at each step. The move was the easiest I have experienced and this was largely due to a simple chain and also the efficiency of the AJ Estate Agents team. They chased answers for us as soon as we had questions. Excellent service from AJ and her team, extremely professional yet very sympathetic to mums needs , we were kept updated constantly throughout the process of the sale , the viewings were handled really well with instant updates , thoroughly lovely people and we would highly recommend them. We honestly had a great experience with AJ Estate Agents. Moving house can be one of the most stressful times but AJ and her team did everything they could to make it as stress free as possible. They went above and beyond to help us with whatever needing doing by recommending companies, solicitors etc and it made things so much easier. We cant thank them enough for helping us sell our property and would highly recommend them to anyone!
