Liam was brilliant. Needed some pipes capped quickly due to other building work and he managed to fit us in despite being very busy. Will definitely use again for bigger jobs.

Liam and the team did a great job replacing our old heating system with a new combi boiler, 10 rads and new pipe work throughout. The work was completed on time, great attention to detail and they kept the house as clean as possible. Fairly priced and friendly team, will definitely use again.

JOB: 1) Supply and installation of LPG-powered boiler system 2) Removal and disposal of old oil-burner boiler assembly 3) Supply and installation of hot water cylinder 4) Supply of smart-heating system (via mobile app) I was pleased with Liam's quick response time when it came to both a property survey (to scope out the job) and the receipt of a quote. Liam and and his administrative manager Ms. Tearle were very quick, courteous, straightforward and honest/transparent in their responses: all things that I really value when looking to carry out works like these. They were happy to address any queries to the quote and plan, and make the agreed amendments accordingly. In terms of actually carrying out the works: - Great turnaround time (both in terms of sourcing assets/materials and completion of the works relative to the committed dates) - Friendly and professional attitude - Competitive pricing - Zero problems in terms of noise, mess, errors Liam and his employees Matt and Ben, too, are a credit to their trade: they were all very technically competent and happy to answer any questions that I had about the works, as well as to explain general plumbing concepts, and helping me set up the smart heating app, which I really appreciated! I should particularly commend Liam's responsiveness post-completion, where he was happy to answer any follow up questions I had. Looking forward to the timely completion of some follow-up renovation works and other plumbing installation works, which I am sure will be for a fair price, too! Definitely would recommend for anyone in Gloucestershire and the nearby counties!
